Get ready to saddle up because the 2026 Evans Family Reunion is heading to Dallas, Texas, for the ultimate family showdown! We'll be celebrating in true Western style with a showdown that'll have us boot-scootin', bull-riding, and showing off our best cowboy and cowgirl attire. From a Best Dress Contest to games, karaoke, and a barbecue feast, it's going to be a rootin'-tootin' good time filled with fun, fellowship, and unforgettable memories.
1st Planning Meeting

We are officially kicking off the planning for the Evans Family Reunion: The Showdown 2026 in Dallas, Texas, and we want YOU to be part of the process!
We’re inviting all Evans family members—The entire Lineage of Frank and Cecilia Evans—to join us for our first family Zoom planning meeting.

During this meeting, we will:
🔹 Welcome everyone who wants to join the Planning Committee
🔹 Ask for State Representatives (Texas, Illinois, Mississippi, etc.) and/or Head of Family Representatives
🔹 Share the current event breakdown for the reunion weekend
🔹 Open the floor for suggestions, ideas, and feedback—because this reunion is for the entire Evans family, and we want every voice heard and included
🔹 Talk about next steps and participation
🔹 Introduce a Family Reunion Survey to gather more insight and preferences
This reunion is about coming together as one family, celebrating our roots, and making memories that will last a lifetime. So, if you’re interested in helping shape this amazing weekend or representing your state or branch of the family, this is the meeting to be at!
